THE PROBLEM
REEF, known for their comfortable and stylish footwear, faced a challenge with their upcoming Memorial Day Weekend (MDW) sale.
They needed a partner who could interface and scale their internal team’s creative production capabilities to optimize, iterate, and scale their creative assets for maximum impact during this critical weekend.
THE SOLUTION
I conducted an in-depth 365 creative analysis to identify key areas for improvement, built out the testing roadmap based on the opportunities, led the creative direction for all MDW creative, oversaw the production of all MDW assets working with a team of graphic and motion designers, and worked directly with the media buyers to ensure the creatives were trafficked on-time and to spec based on test plans.
